Purchased the 8 tires for both my cayenne turbo s and my cayenne s about 2 years ago. The tires still have more then half their life on them and less then 10k miles on one set and the other less then 6k miles. The tires still having so much life left I decided to take my cayenne on a road trip. Tires were aired to vehicle specification at all times and verified before trip. During the trip I experience two tires ballon out the outer thread area near the sidewall. Ended up having to get a uhaul and tow my vehicle home. One vehicle down I began to drive my cayenne s with another set of land sail tires, same size and purchased the same day as the others. Less then 2 days and 20 miles the tires began to form flat spots and ballon out the outer thread area yet again. Both sets of tires had more then half their thread life and this happened. And no the tires were not over/under inflated. I can say that with confidence as I am always checking tire pressure and performing tire rotations for even wear. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy these tires.. just ordered toyo prices and regret not doing this from the beginning. Less learned, it’s a cheap tire for a reason.
